BT_SUPPORT

Now that we have either BT or BLE support on all platforms, I wonder if it's still worth
maintaining all the ifdefs around the code to allow us to compile without BT. I'm just
not sure I see the value... certainly all of our builds are BT-enabled.

Thoughts?

i'm on the fence, leaning towards removing them.
